Affiliate Program Agreement

This agreement governs participation in the Thrive90 affiliate program operated by FBMK Companies, LLC, doing business as Thrive90. It covers enrollment, the independent-contractor relationship, commission terms (10% of a referred customer's first 3 monthly payments, tracked solely by promo code), quarterly PayPal payouts, FTC disclosure obligations, prohibited marketing conduct, indemnification, and termination.
